I think Dzeko is better target man than him.

The way we play the game we don't utilize a target man so what is the point of having him because all everyone will do is complain.

Higuian is what we need, poacher inside the box but capable of playing with other players that are more technical then run and cross.

The next forward we sign needs to be in the top 5 or 6 in the world to take us to the next level. He isn't. And he'd cost 25-30 million.

I think up we could get him for around £25m as well, Falcao and Cavani will most probably be top of the list, but for me there is far too much media hype on them resulting in wrong price valuations for them.

£40-£50m is far too much for those players!

Aside from Messi & Ronaldo who are just on another planet, Falcao is the best finisher in the world. How is 40-50 million far too much? We paid £38m for Aguero who is quality but inferior to Falcao.

Higuain has never scored 30 goals in a season and he's not the hardest working centre forward going to compensate for that.

Cavani is harder working, much quicker, better in the air and has scored more goals in a worse team.

And there's not even a need to comment further on the fact you think he's on a par with Falcao, that in itself shows you really don't have a clue about football.

I have watched every game Higuain has played for the past 4 years.

His touch technique and finishing is soo much better than Cavani's (which is needed to fit into our team) I don't care that Cavani is better in the air or quicker... that is not how we play and he would struggle to fit into our style.

Look at the goals per minute and goals without penalties and you will see he is on a par with Falcao.

We can't afford another summer of ending up with our 4th/5th choice targets. We have to identify the players we want who are available and we have to make sure we get them.

I think only one of Benzema and Higuain is likely from that list. Question is then, which one of them two would be best suited for us? Higuain is more of a poacher we really could need, but Karim works on larger areas of the pitch, which seems to be what Mancini asks of our strikers.

Cavani is imo Mancini's first choice, being extremely hard working and has a tendency to be very prolific. But I think he will simply cost too much for Ferran's liking, as will Falcao.

It's just a guess, but I just feel Benzema would be better suited for life in the north west and the Premier League. I could be wrong.
