Graham Souness

Souness knows what it means to a fan who pays his hard-earned cash to watch his heroes doing something that he can only dream of doing.

"Tevez epitomises everything that the man in the street thinks is wrong with the modern footballer"

Spot on.
That speech will be seen again and again.
Pride. Passion. Respect.

And as for Hughes, let's not forget that his own "advisor" is none other than the "advisor" of our one time hero. None other than Kia Joorabchian.

Souness was superb and you could see how passionate he was about it. And good to throw in the "man in the street view". I know a lot of people dislike him and probably because of his past as a player and manager but he always talks sense.

As for Hughes he shouldn't have even been there. He's still got an issue with City and with Mancini so you are not going to get an honest independent view out of him. Someone earlier in the thread said he looked like he was enjoying it and I agree. He had a chance to dispel and of this disharmony in the team stuff but he looked like he enjoyed adding to it.
