I agree..but I can't be Molson Blue now can I :)

;) Just fucking with you mate. I was fortunate enough to be a season ticket holder at the right time, Buzzer was indeed a fantastic player, certainly the best I have seen at City. I can't think of anyone that could come in and take his place either (and don't anybody dare mention you know who in the same breath as buzzer).
I remember Tueart right around when i started watching..not a pure winger tho
By the way Molson export! what next Labatt 50

Tueart would be perfect for us right now.

Mike Summerbee and Peter Barnes, both were great wingers, but Mike was something special, hard as nails he was and scored some great goals as well, got to see them both play at Maine Road during the 70's......................

go on then, i will be the first to say it after 6 pages...ROBINHO, couldnt tackle, track back, head, etc but for skill and touch with a football, no one better!!!

From my era (85 onwards).
Paul Simpson
David White (Mad eye summed him up perfectly - Wayne Biggins nodding them in for fun with his vaselined up eyebrows)
Peter Beagrie
Sweep
Thought AJ was gonna be the next one...So did Sunderland.

We haven't had many, have we?

Wish I'd have seen Barnes and Buzzer in their pomp though.

David Wagstaffe, great player in a shit team, then Tueart.Been watching City since 1956 and never saw a player who could galvanize a crowd like Tueart, hard as nails, skill, finishing ability, assists, beat his man with utter contempt, nasty bastard and blue to the core.
He will definitely do for me.

Alot has been said of our lack of width recently so I was thinking who does everyone rate as our best ever wide man.I was too young by a few years to see Summerbee play but the word is that he was one ,if not the best we had. What say everyone?

Tough as nuts. Saw him 'tackled' by some shit, can't remember who, and he ended up in the third row of the seats. Can't remember either if he got the free kick. P'raps Lee Proberts Dad were reffin'! Just the kinda player we could have done with today!
