I can't get the link to work. What can't you blame him for? Moving out because poorer people(who have just escaped death) could potentially moving in temporarily?

This is one of those 'agree to disagree things', isn't it? I wouldn't move out because someone in need, who potentially earned less than me moved in(permanently or otherwise) but like I said, let's agree to disagree

And considering the flats were always intended as social housing, then either her solicitor should have informed her, or she's extremely stupid.
Pretty sure its now a condition of planning consent, that any large development must include social housing.That was always the case though, wasn't it?
Aren't the parts of these bigger developments built as social housing usually sold at cost?
