I think this is what we must all remember when viewing what is going on at City. Pep has been employed to build a great team, not a winning team, not a functional team, a great team. If he succeeds we will, along with the whole world, be creaming ourselves. I agree with Sammy, aim for the stars !

If Vinny wants to stay we should let him to stay. With Hart being shipped out, Toure and Zaba being likely to leave and rumours about Aguero leaving we remove so much of the things I love with this club.
If Vinny manages to stay fit he's still a good CB and an amazing leader on the pitch. And it would hurt me a lot to see him play for another club. Pep should make clear to him that even if he's fit hes not his first or second choice. But if Vinny wants to stay he should be given the chance to stay. He's done enough for this club to stay on big wages despite not playing much. And by the time his contract is up I'd love to see him amongst our coaching staff.
Makes sense for it be this way. Sad times for him but hopefully doesn't taint the memories he has given us.He was aware he was being judged solely on his capacity to stay fit this season, everything he had achieved before was in the past.
I don't believe we would demand a fee, nor that any would be forthcoming, either, based on his huge salary and fitness record.

Totally agree but did he make Bayern into a team that the whole World were creaming their pants about?
