Cheers for the response. Yes he’s been playing for a number of years- he barely uses the Bigsby and we’ve tried different gauges of string with no success. Might be worth taking it to a Guitar Tech for a quote.

strings....truss rod...change heads...after that abandon ship ....will be the quote!

They really are cheap as chips - you would pretty much get your money back flogging then on eBay or the like if you didn't stick with it...........

I know seasoned players would turn their noses up at them....but....that 12 string is a joy to play.

My son bought the first guitar - same green colour and it looks great. Have you had any problems with it staying in tune ? It’s driving him mad and he‘s thinking of selling it.

My advice, change the tuners.
They're probably slipping

Same as me, when you make a breakthrough though and something sounds good it's pretty fucking ace. Wish I had started young
