I think a short term move would work. I am still keen on Lacazette but I might be in a very small minority on that. I have warmed to the idea of Ronaldo too. I can see him going to Utd though. We could easily get gazumped there.

I'm relieved we didn't lay that kind of cash out for him. Makes me feel a little better. I've hoped all along that we're doing a Dias 2.0 and we end up with a younger cheaper option who by mid season we're all over the moon with. We'll see I guess.

Honestly I don't see enough live football(I don't think watching a game on TV works either) to give a considered opinion and it always makes me laugh when people throw names in the ring...without having seen a player more than a couple of times live....(the only player I have done that with was Silva seeing him once live was enough to think he was the real deal).
 
Mr Levy has one unhappy striker on his hands now. We can move on, hopefully to Ronaldo, but Kane has to stay there and play with Dele Ali, managed by 5th choice manager. I actually feel sorry for Kane. But WE move on.

I understand and appreciate your undying love for the Legend that is Kun Kaz, but let it go, his best days were behind him due to the incredibly bad run of injuries he has endured over the last few years and ........... he's currently injured!
He also deserved to leave with his head held high, to go play with his bestie and on his terms...... all of which i know, has gone South on him.

City’s fault? I’d say so. We must have known the price would be extortionate yet still carried on with it all right until the final week of the window. Naive is the word for it.

Why has someone to be at fault?
City gave it a try to get the player we wanted - and he did agree - and it didn't come off.
So what? Pff. We move on.
