There is no way Grealish is comparable to Kane in any rational way. That's a player who couldn't even get into the England side being comapred to the England captain.Where do you get "fair value" £160m for Kane if Grealish is £100m? You realise Grealish is second only to De Bruyne in a lot of the creativity stats, and 3 years younger? He's an equivalent player.

Kane assists more than Grealish does and scores 10 times as much. Kane is only a couple of years older too, Grealish is hardly a wonderkid. He's a quality player but let's be real. Kane will likely end his career as all time leading PL goalscorer.

Explain to me how *60m* price rise is "rational"?! That's almost our record signing before Grealish. This valuation is just complete madness, you're setting yourself up for disappointment.
