From where I am sitting I’d spend 150 on Haaland rather than Kane now.
But I don’t have the knowledge Txiki and Pep have to lay out a plan. Maybe Haaland and/or his agent already made up their minds. Maybe they think Delap can make the step and Kane is the perfect one to step in and give Delap more time. Maybe they want both Kane and Haaland for next year. I don’t know. Nobody does really.

Is anyone fed up with posts saying I’d rather have Haaland?

The majority of us would choose Haaland!

But lads/lasses It’s not happening this season we after Kane we will get Kane!

I don't feel that way at all!! its a case if we don't do it other teams will, we will get left behind and other teams get the best players and we finish in top 5. Its called progress. We only dreamed of us buying players for this amount of money I couldn't care less what other teams think of us.

I agree.. I just always envisaged that when we went massively large fee wise on a player it would be on a hugely exciting talent that would grow with the club.

Kane is totally the opposite of what I thought our marquee signing would be that is all.

Don’t think for one moment I don’t think he will be an amazing addition.. he’s an absolute beast of a forward and his all round game is fantastic. He will put serious numbers up and we will score a shed load.

That said, I’m more excited about Grealish who is probably likely to have about half the influence on numbers and results as Kane does.

What’s crazy is fans still having this thought! we one of the biggest football club in the world! When you want a player you go for them like all the other big clubs do did! The scum done it for years!

The choice, if it was one, between Haaland and Kane was ultimately a young gun who has never played in the PL but has smashed it in other not as difficult leagues and of course the UCL, v the proven gun who has smashed it season upon season in the PL.
Kane will finish his top line career with us would Haaland stay beyond his contract, which he might well run down and go for free, so ultimately the longevity is identical

agree 100%, both are good players Kane & haaland, Haaland has been doing the business in the German league, but what's the guarantee that he comes to the prem and hits the ground running? what if it takes him 1-2 seasons to get to grips with the premier league? For me Kane is premiership proven and I think thats what we need. But thats my 2pence worth.
