Harry Kane

if there were rumblings of city pulling out i wouldnt have posted above, its quite clear Levy is holding out for top money 150/160, now if your going to entertain that then your a bigger fool than your post suggests unless of course you have the attitute 'well its not my money' anything over 130 is just plain madness for a striker we will see four sesons from and thats without risk of knocks laying him out,'thats why we should walk'
The club will pay what the club can afford a sees as value. What difference does it make to you or me whether it's £130 mill or £150 mill.

So you reckon the fans wouldn't be pissed off ? I'm not saying pitchforks at the Etihad and can't believe your take me so Literally haha.

You know for a fact everyone would be annoyed if it all went belly up with no alternative.
I'd be really, really annoyed. So annoyed that I would type a very strongly worded post on Bluemoon ;)

Harry Kane was the leading goal scorer & assist maker last season.

He is English which obviously makes him worth a premium.

The fact that some of you don't think he's worth £150m+ is utter madness. If City were happy to shell out for Grealish who was £100m, a guy who has 15 goals and 16 assists IN HIS WHOLE PREMIER LEAGUE CAREER - Kane has bettered that in 1 season playing for an awful side.

Pay Levy the money and it will get done. It is as simple as that.
Kane is a striker, Grealish a midfielder. Was Aguero a better player than David Silva because he scored more goals !? Grealish is also much younger.Deary me.

I marvel that some posters eat up every spoonful of transfer gossip and create in their own minds a fiction of a daily, hourly even, back and forth struggle between our negotiators and Levy. As if this is how our club does its business.

I may be sorely mistaken, but I have to believe that this deal has been done for ages, months even, and the delay was always going to happen to allow match week 1 to pass by and Levy's deals for new players, deals which themselves may each have been weeks or months in the making, fall into place.

Believing any other interpretation of this story is to believe that City are some levels of stupid and incompetent. And we simply know that this isn't so.
I can agree with the bit about allowing the first match to pass, but unlike the Grealish transfer, where Villa were getting their eggs in a row beforehand, there has been nothing to suggest Spurs have all of their recruits in place, so I’m less inclined to believe that a deal is done, i.e. finalised.

It’s just so dramatic mate, just use the words you mean
