We’re judging a known profiling striker who scores goals without fail every season based on 2 games under well known attack-minded Southgate where the team has scored 1 goal?

I for one hope he’s here next season. He’ll take the piss in our team with the chances we create and runners off him. Like he does at Spurs with less chances being created.

People forget Aguero wasn’t exactly blessed with pace in recent years but still scored plenty based on movement and unbelievable finishing.

They're not the only 2 games he's gone missing in.

Looks like he has lead boots and running in treacle all the time, how that fits in with us when we need someone with pace to exploit teams who pack the box and don't attack very often against us I will never know.

Just feel this isnt the right move for us. He's used to playing with Son up front not as a lone striker. Can't imagine Pep playing two up top. Not sure he will fit our style. Great striker for Spurs but has he peaked ? Will he get any better ? I'm not sure he will. I think we should start to look at other options.
