People forget Aguero wasn’t exactly blessed with pace in recent years but still scored plenty based on movement and unbelievable finishing.

Just feel this isnt the right move for us. He's used to playing with Son up front not as a lone striker. Can't imagine Pep playing two up top. Not sure he will fit our style. Great striker for Spurs but has he peaked ? Will he get any better ? I'm not sure he will. I think we should start to look at other options.

It doesn't really add up does it Harry Kane playing under Pep. He would be way out of his depth.
If we don't bring in a striker I've always said I would be more than happy for Ferran Torres to be given opportunities to play up top.
No way should we spunk money on that donkey.

For a player that didn't score or assist, he was quite impressive when he came on against Hungary. Got out of the way so Rafa Silva could score and occupied the space Ronaldo was previously, allowing him to float about and get on the ball more and score.

Think Harry Kane's career is on the wane unless he gets to play in a team where he gets more rest and isn't required to do as much running/pressing (late shearer at Newcastle) . Like Rooney he has played a lot of games from a young age and not been rested as much. I don't expect him to have the longevity that takes him into playing into his mid to late 30s at a top club.

Conversely Andre Silva hasn't been overplayed and wasn't a guaranteed starter until the last couple of seasons. Not likely to go wondering in midfield either.
