100+ mil for Kane, who is slowly coming out of his peak, or 100+ mil for Haaland, who hasn't even hit his peak?

Good post, and most likely what will happen if we sign him. I just don’t see him as the Messiah some seem to think he will beNot even that slowly. His peak was 4 seasons ago. Still scores lots, but the overall tally is weighted by those couple seasons a good few years ago. I've not seen much to say he will get back to that, and I know there is the arguement that with the chances we create he would, which I accept. He is just as likely to score less though given he may (may) need to change what he does in a team built around him to suit the way we play.
What exactly is the indication that Kane is slowly coming out of his peak? Also who is more likely to be a better fit, take less time and get going in our squad? Kane or Haaland?100+ mil for Kane, who is slowly coming out of his peak, or 100+ mil for Haaland, who hasn't even hit his peak?
