Gerrard at Liverpool in mid 00s has a shout. Was their best defender, attacker, and creator. At one point it was so bad he could probably put in a cross and head it in himselfThe closest I ever saw to a one man team was Maradonna at Napoli

Kane will be playing for us in all the big games as well, where he will get service. I just want it to happen so we have an experienced, quality striker fitting our needs.Kanes a fantastic finisher. The Everton game against spurs showed that last year didn't need many opportunities to put the ball in the back of the net. Grealish made an opportunity yesterday where all I could think was if Kane is there it's a goal. Plus this goes under the radar but Kane is one of the best creators in the league as well, he won the playmaker award. We get him we have the 3 best creators in the league.
I think we miss a 9 so much but miss the flexibility in formation it gives us.
I get the feeling that if Kane landed (sorry when he lands just in time for the Arsenal game) he will make such a difference and will slot into the fluidity of our game and high press much better than anyone can imagine.
Why would we change a system that’s been so successful Grealish for Bernado doesn’t change much it will be tweakedI think by getting Grealish and looking to get Kane we are going for more of a system cutting edge rather than the complete control over games we had last year. Kanes a brutal goalscorer and Grealish will create chance after chance.
Bernardo going will make it pretty impossible for us to play with a false 9 over a full season I think
His accurate passing into the box and general workrate was one of the key reasons it worked so well.
Absolute worst case scenario is we lose Bernardo and don't get Kane in and are stuck between the 2 systems.
It was successful last year but we still struggled for goals in some big games and didn’t score as much as usual. Playing with a striker has also worked very well for us over the years and next year other teams at the top will be better than last seasonWhy would we change a system that’s been so successful Grealish for Bernado doesn’t change much it will be tweaked
Out of interest, what percentage of your fans would prefer Kane to be sold this summer?
Also, do you not believe it would be detrimental to your season and top 4 hopes if you keep a player against his will?
No way we will go over 150m IMO and I honestly think the deal has to happen for all parties - we need a striker, Kane wants to go and this will be the most you get for him!
In terms of top 4, it's always possible but your squad needs a complete overhaul/injection of quality and if your looking to sign another 4/5 players (not sure who they are btw) you will need to sell to spend this sort of money, because quality players will cost you.

Where from?
We have to wait and see. I reckon most likely is a compromise deal. I'm surprised that Kane has gone as far as he has so I think it's untenable.
Have you had a chance to watch Haaland up close? He's terrifying mate, he will be an icon. Every second against Dortmund he looked dangerous. Even though Kane is absolutely class, most would much prefer him to Kane, it says a lot.
Incredible players tend to generate an incredible amounts of hype. I wasn't talking Haaland down when I said he was hyped.
I also think it is worth baring in mind guys like Raiola want their clients to be linked with mega-moves every year whether they move or not. Keeps their profile very high. That is also the sort of hype I'm talking about.
Couldn’t disagree more have you watched Grealish much I know he takes players on but his short passing is immaculate Kane and Aguero are similar players to both finishers so not much changes for meThey're completely different players.
Bernardo (under Pep) is extremely industrious, loves short accurate passes, makes the midfield so much more controlled.
Grealish is a risk taker who's at his best driving at a defence, he'll give us more in terms of chance creation but we'll lose a lot in control.
Edit: Also playing against a packed defence with no striker is a completely different proposition in an empty stadium compared to a full away ground.
dont be silly, we both know why Aguero didnt win more golden boots, he had alot of injuries, can you say the same for that lump lukaku. no.
Lukaku is a great player, but his goal record in the Premier League isn't up there with Aguero and Kane. Since his breakout season with West Brom, he's scored more than 20 league goals just once (he's been better in Serie A, but then so are a lot of strikers). Aguero managed it 6 times in 10 years and no doubt would have done it more if it wasn't for injuries. Meanwhile, since his breakout season in 14/15, Harry Kane has scored more than 20 in 5 out of 7 seasons, and scored 30 and 29 in two of them. Both him and Lukaku have a record of almost a goal a game in Europe and cups though, but let's be honest, you often play some dross in those competitions, especially if you're in the Europa league for a lot of it.
It’s been going on awhile. Check his thread. These people are in for a surprise"Lukaku isn't a great striker" has got to be a new low for ridiculous things I've read on this forum.
I’m sure he has but for me he’s one level below the top level. Too chunky, too clunky. It's been four years since he played for a proper PL team. His record at Inter suggests he's come a very long way since then.
I didn't know he had. Then why did Pep talk to Werner on the phone last summer to convince him to join us and not Chelsea?
With H not playing can’t see it makes a difference if it is beforeso ric and TH is saying: Harry is done before Norwich. Blue oli is saying: Harry is done before Arsenal. Who’s going to be right, the battle of the ITKs!!! (I know nothing is done before he puts on the blue shirt).
