A) he did an interview on sky sports which pretty formal expressed his desire to leave
B) if this is written into his contract yes but there would probably be an argument to say that he would lose loyalty bonuses due to doing an interview saying he wants to leave to win trophies
 
We let Aguero go because he was finished two season ago !
Your right sadly, Aguero like a lot of footballers played from 15/16 years old at the top level succumb to injury earlier in their careers.
