Got the old fashioned low energy light in the bedroom , leds in the hall and kitchen ,the bathroom one is linked to the extractor fan so i think that is not good to have onwouldnt worry to much over lighting esp if you have the LED type,its the washer,dryer,oven,iron etc thats the problem
