This team sheet is confirmation that a midfield 3 of Fern/Ferna/Yaya will never occur whilst Pellegrini is in charge. It will simply never happen so at least that one is finally cleared up.

I can see the logic in dinho for Navas, but their weakness is defence and we've got to look at exploiting that too.

Navas on the right takes out fatboy and maybe makes Di Maria twice about getting forward.

avoided this thread uptil now. I wouldve started with fernandinho over fernando due to his energy but given his recent poor displays I think the gaffer may have called this right. Not too sure about Navas though, hopefully he will prove me wrong.

Never say never. Because it's not true. It happens quite a bit, but I agree he should do it more.
