Pasta with rabbit? I have eat a lot of rabbit but usually a stew with potatoes.
I think pictures of rabbits with my myxamotosis put people off.Often and it’s delicious. Wonderful Spanish, French, Italian, and Greek dishes. Never fully understood why it so fell out of favour in British cuisine.
So did i. Sneaked onto the moors last year in 1st lockdown. Shot one, skinned and butchered. Then i stir-fried in a satay sauce with rice. Was a bit tough but still tasty.Yes, skinned one as well
