Soaked a whole bunch of different beans last night. This morning sweated off the holy trinity, added garlic and some cajun seasoning. Threw a big hambone in with quite a bit of meat still on, added the beans, some home canned tomatoes, a bunch of some really spicy stock I made out of crawfish back in the summer, couple of bay leaves, water to cover. I'll let that cook for about 5-6 hrs then add some more diced ham, hot sausage meat and maybe some small shrimp.

Cheers, weathering is where skill level ramps up, I am a steady 3 out of ten but ever so slowly getting better. Just deciding what to build next got a new moulding airfix Vulcan in the stash but even at 1/72 it’s bleeding huge so it more where the hell am I going to put the thing when finished.
