Best one was Rodneys debut v Chelsea they were at home to Stoke in the cup. Great days when this happened mainly as they would fill 53s but still have to get off at Belle Vue.

Dunno what happened to him mate....it was a shit night....my car then broke down and I didnt get home until 8am.
 
Just watched some film of the last Maine Rd Derby and read about Neville refusing to shake hands with Schmicle and Ferguson refusing to get Goater a shirt. Was the Science Park battle after this game ?

I know its the rags but a great photo of the football fashion back in those days. Some right scruffs in that lot wearing DM's, flares and high waisters.
