Yes mateJust watched some film of the last Maine Rd Derby and read about Neville refusing to shake hands with Schmicle and Ferguson refusing to get Goater a shirt. Was the Science Park battle after this game ?
Scousers?
I used to visit the underground market ,before home matches, back in the 80s,as an out of town Blue,i headed straight for the record collector s stand, with the woman who looked liked she was in Van Halen...dont know her name but she had some bloody good discs on display....When I followed City in the mid 70's everyone mentioned paki...and said he had a stall in the underground market.
I saw him a few times in the Kippax......I never knew him just his reputation.
Years later I was told he was Johnny Khan....amazing how these stories go round
That's HagridHow tall is that lad at the back, facing away?
The one that stands out with loads of hair.
Pic must be early 80's. Season ticket for a junior in Kippax during late 70's was about £5-£6. Try telling the kids that nowadays! That was for 21 home games.£1.50.
Very early 70's for me, remember it being pence to get it.Pic must be early 80's. Season ticket for a junior in Kippax during late 70's was about £5-£6. Try telling the kids that nowadays! That was for 21 home games.
Its the away end, possibly Everton? Judging by the clobber and the price I’m guessing sometime around 1983-85Pic must be early 80's. Season ticket for a junior in Kippax during late 70's was about £5-£6. Try telling the kids that nowadays! That was for 21 home games.
Definately in the earlyish 80's going by the price. Possibly Everton or Liverpool fans. Not enough flat caps on show to be Cockneys.:-)Its the away end, possibly Everton? Judging by the clobber and the price I’m guessing sometime around 1983-85
