Looks like a great finisher, already has 5 goals in the French league this season. Also a good dribbler based on the video.
Could the finishing be a major selling point? Also could mean he can play more advanced if needed. Fernandinho always gets some goals for us. I know a DM is not a scorer but a DM for Pep is much different as we have the ball a lot more.
De Jong and Ndombele scored a combined 4 goals in total since the start of last season.
Very talented lad but would basically just push Foden further down the pecking order and then out of the club, so it's a no from me

Of course it wouldn't. Just look at the ages of Fern and David. There has to be continuity no matter how much we would all like our youth players to be given a push. Phil is only 18 and has at least 15 years of top class football before him.
Neither are playing in Dinho's postion and Kev starts when fit. So there's one place in the team LCM, Dave currently in the form of his life has it locked down, Bernardo has been incredible in midfield this season so is the first choice replacement for both Kev and Dave, Gundogan rotates in when needed, Foden picks up minutes here and there.
Even if you bought Aouar and sold Gundogan, Foden would play less football as Aouar would be the one rotating in and picking up minutes here and there.
Aouar plays more defensively than Ndombele yet you would buy the latter as Dinho's replacement. We have to forget like for like ideas.
Pep will use midfielders anywhere!Aouar rotates between CM, CAM and LM(which is where he played vs us in the first game) so not sure how that makes him more defensive? 2.1 tackles per game from Ndombele, 1.4 from Aouar. Tousart is their out and out DM anyway and plays there when they play one.
