How Do You Respond To Stress?

Nothing is worth getting stressed over - life's too short to spend it worrying.
I've lost a house when a horse fell once - you just have to laugh and play the hand life deals you the best you can.
As long as you have your health, your family, a few good friends and the price of a pint, then things ain't so bad.
Failing that, I find non-prescription drugs and vigorous sex with Karen to be most cathartic.

Don't tell everyone they will all want me
:)

I don't cope with it very well if I'm being honest.

I have 3 or 4 stressful 'things' going on in my life at the moment and it is taking it's toll on me. Recently giving up smoking doesn't help either!

Having experienced unclear lines and a lack of communication at work (well, when I had work), I think these are two of the worst things to happen in a worklace, let alone a home. The only way is to get people around a table, maybe with a mediator, and let everyone speak their minds. Failing that, go and drink coffee at Wetherspoons!

Fetlocks everyone is different. Spoke to a good lad today who had a fortune on the horse that came second to Australia in the derby at 10s...... he just shrugged shoulders. I'd be pissed off to fuck.

If you are unaware of his existence, I highly recommend this guy: https://twitter.com/Beijingcasuals for stress relief during work (assuming you have a smartphone).

Granted it's only for those who like humorous trolling, but he's the master of it on Twitter.
