Quite quck and has shown some good dribbling skills. Equally a little prone to hang on to the ball and run into situations where he loses it. Seems to prefer to try and take the ball on even when the better option might be to pass. His finishing has not always justified that approach.
I'd have thought regular games at a level below first team would be good for him.

Several players like Zlatan have said he is the best manager they have worked under and Pep Guardiola himself signed for Roma late in his career for the sole reason of learning from Capello.

I know it's unrealistic but I think we'll be going out in both competitions if we keep Pellegrini. It's sad because I hoped the players would unite under him in order to give him a good send off.Almost no manager in the world would knowingly take a job for three months. There's no upside to it.
At best we could bring in Kidd whose record is worrying to say the least.
