How many games can we realistically afford to lose?

I think out of the last 6 seasons any team that has lost more than 5 cannot win the title.
In the last 2.years the maximum number of losses is 4.
We have already lost 2.

I'd go 6 as well, but this year it might be more with 6 teams potentially involved, but with 6 teams involved, 8 defeats could be the difference between 3rd and 6th, and that will be bad news for somebody. Actually what might be a bigger issue is draws, If we lose 6, we can't afford more than 5 draws imho, that would be 28 points dropped. and 86 will be there or thereabouts.

The league has been won most frequently with the winners losing 5 and 6 games. The league has never been won losing more than 6 games, however.

The club is interested in winning everything, it's just very difficult with the increased competition.
