How much will J.Navas improve the team over J.Milner?

Milner is a 100% battling midfieder.....no need for de rossi shite.
Fuck playing the wings....hes so obviously what we need in CM

Hopefully Navas will provide some direct running into or around the box. Whilst Milner can be effective he isn't as explosive or direct. Plus we've really lacked a pacey midget since Bellamy left

Milner isn't really a CM, he has no place in our side at CM. Maybe he could play CM for a mid-table side but never at City. Rodwell is a much better option.

So excited for Rodwell next season. He's so good for his age but just needs to avoid injuries.

Yep, could be a special prospect if he gets the game time. Immense frame; power, pace, agility, and a good footballer with two feet. I was quite looking forward to seeing Rodwell-Yaya this season but I think Fernandinho will hinder his development. Regardless, in the long run, it should be Rodwell that is a permanent fixture as the box to box midfielder.

This. Everyone says we lack width but I think a player who just directly runs at the opposition is what was missing. Hazard would have won us the league last year, never mind van Persie. I expect that Navas will offer this, cutting inside and running while sometimes linking with the other forward players. The full-backs again, will provide width
