Not yet. Getting back to old ways after surgery. Third week back exercising and just eating the usual brown rice, veg, chicken, tuna, eggs, nuts, seeds, making my own veg and fruit shakes without protein powder. I've just started using non-fat Greek yogurt instead of mayo in my tuna mayo and also adding it to the fruit shakes for a bit more protein.

Did light cardio (walking) an hour a day for the first week with core workouts every other day. 2nd week was more core work and steady cardio, This week I'm back on HIIT on the elliptical at home to burn the fat. Twenty minutes. 10 seconds all out:20 seconds rest, repeat. Doing that every other day with weights on alternative days.
Been weighing myself each Friday. 12 Stone 8, 12 stone 10.6 and last weigh in was 12 stone 4. Looking a fuckload better than I did just after surgery anyway!
 
Great stuff ballbag. Good idea about the tuna yoghurt! My misses always tells me I use too much mayo in my tuna mayo, so that might be a good way around it.

I know what you mean about the mayo. I drown my tuna and salads in the stuff! Its just good stuff! The yogurt is different, but I like it.
