How to bulk up?

I know of a few who cut on 4500 calories ,its all person dependant so your statement is pretty rubbish

Show me these people that cut on 4500 calories please. They must be 8ft tall and burn 2000cal a day running Lol.

Someone who is 18/19 stone will consume somewhere in the region of 5000 cals a day maybe more,now that is just to maintain muscle mass,so depending on how long they will be dieting for they will reduce their cals weekly maybe by a couple of hundred cals and like i say depends on how long they dieting for and it can be person dependant.

That still puts them way above your original statement about dieting on 3000 cals

Its easy to tell someone to go neck some eph,in fact fcuk it why dont you go the whole hog and just get them jumping straight onto DNP

Suggest you go educate your self a little before trying to be a smart arse with your replys

Comparing eph to dnp hahaha, and a 19st mainly muscle freak is not anyone of this forum so cutting at 3000cals would be a waste of time instead of cutting at a deficit.
 
Update.

Started Taekwondo first week in March weighing in at just under 18 st. Regular hard training for at least 4 hours a week and Taebo sessions at home along with a sensible diet has seen me down to 16 st 4 lb today.

Lots more still to lose but very happy.

That's impressive mate well done! would love to do martial arts again but my legs get injured just walking these days haha!

I'm just eating my KFC now haha.

Cheers. I realise this is a bulking up thread and im losing the bulk but its important to just focus on the basics for the vast majority of us out there. I'm sure science and certain products have a place but nothing will beat hard work and determination in my book.

I didn't want to post this but sorry. In 1994/5 i was in my mid 20's I'm no Brad Pitt/ Leonardo DiCaprio look alike(People mistake me for Paul Merson nowadays) but when was this ripped for a year I was getting offers/flirting from girls way beyond what I would expect.

I had a job in computing, job in school , night worked in college . I spent most if not all of this on fancy supplements from magazines Testo Boost, Cort Block, Whey protein etc etc. Wasted all my wages on this stuff. I have a pair of 32 jeans which I can hardly fit my leg in now the smaller ones I've chucked.

MY diet excluding supplements was for 18 months. 3-4 Eggs breakfast, tuna/salmon salad lunch, chicken dinner.

I got a 6 month health check at my gym and she was strugging to get the calipers around me, So she looked at me and recorded it a 4%.

My advice to all those who want to bulk or get ripped. Go for something that's easy to maintain. Simple reason for me it wasn't.

Not for one minute do I think you were not ripped mate but Google 3% bodyfat even body builder's at competions barely reach it , they have to dehydrate. I'm at about 12% at the moment got 7 weeks to get myself single digit probably not even possible but will give it a go.
