Oh you work out regularly? Well, I'm obviously talking shit then. I've never been to a gym in my life.
I guess you missed the several hundred page "Bluemoon Fitness Thread" where me and FantasyIreland gave nutrition and lifting advice based on scientific evidence.
Also, stop linking to bullshit sources. Being on a webpage doesn't make it true.

1. Speed of rep matters, anyone who has trained for a long time will tell you that. When you are trying to lose weight you do light weights fast and as many reps as you can. This you also do when you are cutting. Slow reps with heavy weights are great for strength and muscle gains. (

You're an idiot. Low weight at high reps is for endurance training, not for losing weight. Any lifting makes you lose weight. The increased muscle mass increases your BMR and your calorific needs. It's nothing to do with reps.
2. Olive oil is recommended by dieticians as a great way to gain weight along with training. It is not very expensive either.
It's 4 fucking quid!
3. He does need strength being 6'2 and 11 stone means that he has a high metabolism as it is and doing light weights would be like cardio for him. He would get slimmer. To be able to lift heavy weights he needs strength.
Again, you're talking shit here.
4. Actually the time you eat food does have a bearing on how much you gain(
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/8234386.stm). Infact speak to people that work out which is why when bulking it is recommended to have a meal or shake just before going to sleep.
That doesn't say what you think it does. Or I didn't say what you think I did. Either way, you are wrong.
Your digestive system slows down when you sleep. This changes absolutely nothing about the chemistry of absorption or what foods you eat. It doesn't matter. There is no benefit or risk to eating at any time of the day, it all does the same thing.
5. He is 6'2 and 11 stone and there are differences in peoples metabolism. (

I respect your intelligence Damo but some topics best to leave them alone because some actually do work out regularly and have helped others regarding this. This constant need to discredit me can make you seem less than knowledgeable when you make silly mistakes like your above statements.
Also he does not need any circuit training AT ALL.
Because you don't know what you are talking about, and are using bro-science which might work for 1% of people but completely fails the other 99%. People like you shouldn't be allowed to post in threads like these.
