Hi guys, just seen this thread for the first time. Not sure how ive missed it at 30+ pages!!! Basically im very unfit and unhealthy, a right fat **** if im being honest!!! I weighed myself today and im 19 stone on the dot. Im getting married next January which is the main reason for sorting myself out, and at 25 its either now or never really. Tomorrow i start at the Gym, never been to a gym in my life so a bit nervous if im honest. Its not a luxury gym more of a lads gym, probably why im a bit uneasy!!! Im after some ideas of foods to have and when to have them during the day. I drive for a living so im out of the house from 8am until 5pm mon-fri. What do you guys recommend that i eat??? I need a bit of a meal planner basically but being out on the road all day, it limits what i can eat. Any help would be great. Cheers

Rick, how tall are you bud ? If you were 6`9" at 25 stone it's nowhere near as bad than if you're 5`9", an honest waist measurement wouldn't go amiss neither.

Write down a typical days diet, including alcohol and drinks and then we could start to look properly, for most people plenty of regular cardio, some resistance exercises and a good clean-up of the diet should be more than enough to start with.

Did a full body - Chest press,Deads,Chins and OHP - all good, strength improving and subsequently a 3 day PPL will soon be back on the menu!

Its biting again!!
