Unfortunately I can't stop training, so I'll have to work round it. I tore my rotator cuff a few years ago and its just flaring up again. Lateral raises and shoulder press set it off so if I work around it then I should be able to train through the pain for nowFantasyIreland said:AntonDonJuan said:Of all the fucking times, my shoulder has gone again.
I can't stop training so its bite the bullet, 2 painkillers and put up with it for now. I'm gona have to get a few sports massages booked in
Anton,i'm going to be blunt - don't be a nob....!
I tried the 'train through it' route and ended up having a operation that kept me from training for near 12 months - for the sake of 4/6 weeks rest and rehab,it aint worth the risk of chronic damage.
If you choose to ignore me,then at least stop all pushing/overhead movements.

I was just wondering if anyone else indulges in Quark as a bedtime munch and if so what recipes they use?
There's a couple of recipes i use but i'm looking for a bit of a variety if anyone can oblige?
Thanks in advance.................

Dirty Harry said:FI's is a very popular one but for years my last meal before bedtime was :-
Tin of rinsed tuna
Tin of 'good for you' Tomatoe and Basil soup
Half a tub of Quark
Definitely one of my better combinations that I'd recommend.
