Any tips on swimming?

I've been going after the gym some days but feel like I'm just embarrassing myself - haven't swam properly since around age 13 at school, struggle to make a full length so assume something is desperately wrong with my technique

Hahaha dont worry about what I may or may not be. This thread is about "how to bulk up" I have been contributing frequently and periodically posting more progress pics which I took as I was out with an injury for a while.

If you think I am a skinny white dude who looks like peewee herman so be it but please lets not clog this thread up with silly hater comments. Too many threads have been pulled because of that garbage.

It's great exercise especially if you have any injuries ( well for me any how) . One thing it does make you hungry something to do with the water temperature and body temperature.

For obvious reasons it's important to get your breathing technique right, f your not so sure you could go to a few swimming classes
