How does this diet look guys for packing on muscle?
Breakfast: 2 granary bread, 2 poached eggs
snack: protein bar - 37g of protein
Lunch: 2 granary bread, tin of tuna, spinach and spring onion
snack: protein bar
Dinner: steak/chicken with lots of veg
