I honestly can't see how any meaningful outcomes can be decided based on the current League tables. OK, Liverpool would certainly go on to win the league this season, but do we make an exception for them to be awarded a title without winning it outright? And if so, what other current League positions are then used to decide a club's fortunes? Current bottom 3 relegated? Hardly fair, as teams "escape the drop" in the last 10 games of the season time-and-time again. Look at Leicester: rock bottom with 10 games left to play, escape relegation and go on to win the League the following season.

In another world with another league table I would say all games to be decided by penalty shoot outs with 5 players from each squad plus a goalie. They would be able to enforce social distancing: everyonce can turnm up in their kit, swap into their boots in the car park and no need to shower before going home.

But in this world - just do that for the FA Cup. Null and viod for the league.

The way I look at it, if a forth place finish in league can become a Chumps League winner, why can't they be champs in the league based on playoffs?

Null and void the lot. Leagues, cups, everything. Start again when it's safe to. Tough on some teams, sure they can bounce back. A bit like losing a playoff final. go again next season. There is no alternative.

Leeds just can't get back to the PL can they ;).

No relegation but promote the top 2 from each league then relegate 5 next season. Champions League and Europa League could in theory carry on at a later date. Cancel the FA Cup and Liverpool are not crowned champions, that would be the icing on the cake, follow the Lyon President's approach of tallies from the previous seasons ;).
