How would you say you are coping mentally?

Thought about this yesterday. Got to say I am pretty much ok. Bit concerned about my mum but my eldest has got her covered. Broadly speaking I am on lock down from November to April anyway.

It could change if this lock down eats much into my time of freedom through the summer, the prospect of only being able to be out and about for a couple of months before being stuck back inside again would not be good at all.

Exactly the same as before the outbreak.

Apathetic, lethargic, dissociative, unfocused, mentally ‘foggy....:/

Up and down between 1 and 10.
Loving being at home with the family.
Got the security of knowing I will get full pay no matter how long this lasts with job security.
BUT
It's incredibly hard, my 6yo daughter has severe autism coupled with severe learning difficulties, the only respite we get is when she is in school, which has been closed for 3 weeks now and is not expecting to reopen till September. Its my other daughters 3rd birthday tomorrow, who is hard to handle to say the least, no disabilities but due to learned behaviour from her older sister whom she idolises.
Hope you are doing ok my son has autism, keep strong soon be over Blue
