This has got to be the longest week in my life. Since the final whistle at Newcastle, time seems to have slowed down. I must have read every snippet of information from the web, and watched every video report too. Finally we have one day to go, and i'm now annoyed that it is a 3.00 pm kick off. Why can't it be 10.00am? Sunday teams kick off early for gods sake!
I have everything ready. Well it has been ready all week to be honest. The whole day has been mapped out in my mind for days. I have kept the faith all season. Every one of my posts will bear witness to this. I'm not too worried about the game. And i can see United drawing or losing their match. Even if we lose, i can handle it. It will be bad, but we now have a great squad, which is good for the future. The way our players dealt with the two biggest pressure matches of the year (last derby and Newcastle), gives me confidence they can deal with tomorrows match. They made the best "in form" team look average last week. They know that all they have to do is give 100% for 95 minutes and the title will be ours.
So my only problem now is how to get rid of the next 31 hours. You should never wish your life away, but this is like waiting for Xmas as a kid.
