I thought I'd answer this PM in public.
My source is still about 90% he will be gone, and it will happen as soon as a replacment is agreed. We will not be doing any Hughes transfers in the mean time so don't expect anybody coming in.
There is a possibility their new man might identify targets before he comes in though.
