IAAF World Championships 2017

Miller-Uibo doing a Devon Loch in the 400m final.

It must be a bit galling when you're still on the track and the stadium commentator is telling everyone how you f**ked it up with 5 metres to go.

For some reason that reminded me of an Australian Speed Skater at the Winter Olympics years ago. He was miles behind going into the last corner and the rest of the field collided and took each other out so he won gold!

She doesn't seem to know how to pace herself, she either goes too fast or too slow.

In the last Olympics she ran the whole of the final from the front and was caught in the later stages.

In the 1500m final she ran so slow she got boxed in and then had to run round the outside, which ultimately cost her a medal.

Muir and McColgan make the 5k Final.

Muir looked spent, McColgan looked impressive and ran a PB, funny thing is though Muir was a second faster.

We won't medal in it though, Ayana, Obiri and a couple of others look impressive.

Triple jump turning into a good comp. Tony minichello really offers an actual insight into what they are doing.

As for Sophie hitchon, no thanks.
