Does a bear shit in the woods?

A true footballing freak of nature.

His fitness capacity is such, he will still be wreaking havoc when he is close to 40.

The only reason his wages are so high in Paris is to offset the stupid tax bracket.

He has the fear factor we have been lacking since the Sheikh rode to the rescue.

Only Messi, Ronaldo and now Bale, can also offer this, to force their way into opponents' psyche before a ball is kicked.

Would love to see it and his agent Mino owes us a favour or two.

We're monitoring his situation if to believe the source in France, sure we do, but would we if opportunity knocks, thats the question.

Along with the German press, I have always found French footie writers to have decent contacts within their respective clubs.

Begiristain certainly had no issue helping to bring Ibra to Barca. He and Mino got on well with moving on Mario, so we do have that in our favour.

It ticks a lot of boxes, but that does not legislate for interest from Madrid, and Ibra's chance to work again with Ancelotti and put one over Barca.

I don't think the numbers would be a problem, more if the player finally wants to experience English football.

Christ, look what he did to England last year. Joe Hart is still having nightmares!!!

I keep saying the same thing; whoever he joins wins the league. I'm pretty sure every team that he has joined has won the title in his first season and, without checking, I think there's only been one season in the last ten, maybe more, that he has not been a league title winner. If nothing else, he knows how to pick 'em.

Truly world class striker. He'd be an absolute monster in our team.

Top top player but never be able to do it consistently in the prem, he knows it and has avoided it like the plague for that reason!!

He and Sergio have the potential to be a very potent strike force. With City's squad, if Ibra has a bad day, there are alternatives.

He would have to work a bit harder in England but he ought to be able to eat a lot of the opposing defenders for breakfast.

He has a reputation of not doing well against England teams but he didn't do too badly against the England team.

This bait looks delicious... but ultimately, I'm not hungry enough.
I assume there will be a hungry school right behind me though

Be careful, or as your Italian heritage would say, 'you'll be sleeping with the fishes' ;)

The man in white. ;)

I reckon, when retirement comes,he would have regrets at not giving the Premiership a go.
Were one of probably three clubs that could afford him that opportunity.

He is a monster in every aspect,a huge man with a superb athletic physique and a fighters heart,he has scored for fun at every club and every level,i'm convinced he'd do likewise here.

As already said,he's top tier for another 3 years minimum.

I'd love him here so,if he's up for it,then I pray we must try to sign him.

seems like the bigger-than-the-team type we've been trying to shuffle out the past year, no?

If there is any truth to this, would he be an alternative to Negredo or,as i'd prefer,a replacement for Dzeko?

The fact the Negredo deal is 'dragging' a little suggests to me it may be that scenario....?

If City is very confident that Ibrahimovic is the right fit and we don't get shafted then I will back the decision.
