Horrible news. This has to be a freak accident.
In all the years over here I can only ever remember one other major incident like this and I don't think it ended with the player dying.

Christ. The video just popped up on my timeline on twitter. Didn't know what it was at first. Just horrendous. He actually skates off the ice too which somehow makes it worse.
