Insanity work-out

Going to the Florida on the 7th, once I get back I'm going to try this out - really let myself go. Has anyone found a good site that does it a decent price?

how many calories are we talking, im currently trying to limit at 1500 per day, is that enough? If not, does that mean I can eat chocolate?

I would say 1800/2000 with no chocolate
 
I've upped to 1800 and have just absolutely smashed Cardio Abs on my rest day. A week in and I'm feeling and looking great. Already ''purchased'' Insanity Asylum and P90X2. Just planning where I'm going to go wih this.

On a side note, Tesco have all the supplements they sell reduced, I got 2kg of Lucozade recovery powder drink for 7 quid each instead of 18.99 each. Brilliant stuff, especially mixed with semi skimmed milk.

Is there any chance somebody could hook me up with these files? Either on dvd arrrr or the raw files that have been downloaded? My internet speed is shit and my wallet is even shitter. I dont mind compensating for any discs used and postage. It would be most appreciated.

Would people also recommend working in some running into this?
I do like running so I was hoping do this in the morning and then go to work and go for a run in the evening?

Or will i just be completely fucked?

im starting it also, stopping smoking when drinking plus cutting down on booze and fatty foods and getting some sort of set diet going, iv never really worked out before, i play football once a week but apart from that nothing.

Tore Cardio Resistance in two. Will post 1st week pictures later. No booze and plenty of tuna seems to be doing the trick.

Average day.

Breakfast - Bran Flakes, semi skimmed milk, chopped Banana

Mid Morning Snack - Apple and Pear

Lunch - Tuna or Chicken salad packet of Baked Walkers or Sunbites

Tea - Scrambled egg (3 eggs, 1 yolk, 3 whites), 1/2 tin baked beans, drained and washed, 2 rashers of Smoked Bacon, 1 Piece of wholemeal toast.

Desert - 3rd tub of Fat Free Greek Yogurt with an Options Chocolate sachet in it.


All told that's about 1400 Calories.


Just been eating loads of white meat, fish, fruit and veg. And absolutely destroying bottles of water. Makes you feel full longer. And for the people who say they cannot afford to eat or have the time to do this, that's pretty much bullshit. You just need to be willing to prepare meals and most the stuff I've bought for this has been Tesco Everyday Value range. 30 eggs cost me 2 quid, 6 tins of Tuna was 1.90 etc etc.
 
i can download this, im quite a bit of a fat bastard been wanting to diet for a while how good is it ? will i stick at it whats everyones opinions of it ?

Its really hard mate, so unless you're determined to do it, I wouldn't bother. Having said that, you should do it, if I can do it, anyone can

Lost 6lb, skin feels tighter, need to shave nipples, ha.
 
I'm gon have a go. Work and my evening job of Dads Taxi get in the way of gyms etc

At this rate we'll gave the most ripped crowd in the premier league!

Having said that, my Internet is that slow I'll have another stone to shift by the time I get my Lycra on!
