Just take it slow, go at your own pace and ease in to it that's what I did. Knocking fags on the head tonight, alcohol went last Thursday.

What happens when you stop doing this workout every night? Is the body you've gained hard to maintain?

What happens when you stop doing this workout every night? Is the body you've gained hard to maintain?

You either start the program again adding other workouts into it, or you do a different program. Beachbody the guys who make it have about 8 out I think

Just bit the bullet and got it for £100. Will start next week. How will Madrid away effect it, If I'm on the piss for 2 days and then same again the dam will it ruin all the work I did before??
