Insanity work-out

I have just finished a Focus T25 workout, the core cardio one. I thought it was going to be a doddle compared to insanity, but it is just as hard in a different way. So many different moves you have to do and some require a lot more speed and coordination than insanity, the coordination I struggled with haha! Think I'll stick with insanity though.

Just finished the 3rd day doing Insanity. I'm really enjoying it and have been sweating buckets. I usually do Cardio quite intensely for an hour in the gym but this is just as tough. I thought I was quite fit BUT I found the Tricep Dips and the Moving Press Ups harder than I thought.

I can see you will definitely reap the rewards if you stick to this programme.

start of week 3 and twisted my knee on monday so no insanity for a few days, still keeping up with diet and water so not all bad news

Still going with Insanity. I'm currently half way through week 3 and still enjoying it. I just completed Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs. I started training for a half marathon (my first) in September so I've had to change my schedule slightly. I'm now running three times a week and filling the gaps in with Insanity (and resting of course). Thank you for everybody who shared their experiences in this thread. Those stories are what convinced me to get my arse in gear.

Some stupid law that says lads are allowed maternity leave to help their new brats.
I'll flog the bastards into the ground when they get back.
Two minions were around alas they are older and more fragile than a ming vase.

Currently smashing a Insanity/P90X hybrid program. Bit more size on, and loving the workouts. First Summer in a very long time I've loved having the shirt off.

Mute Shaun T and listen to that in the last ten minutes of your workout. Can't complement Beachbody and their programmes enough. Changed my life.

Just finished month one of Insanity. Biggest difference I have noticed is upper body/shoulder strength, shoulders seem bigger and have got grooves and bumps I've never seen before! At the start I struggled to 3 press ups, can get to 7/8 now, so that's a big increase in one month.

Second month ive read you have to increase calorie intake as gets even more insane, not looking forward to the extra food intake.
