Second month ive read you have to increase calorie intake as gets even more insane, not looking forward to the extra food intake.
I'd say second month is 3 or 4 times harder. Found myself eating a hell of a lot more and upped Protein shakes to 3 a day.
On a side note I did the ab workout from T25 earlier. Fucking hell they should have done that in Insanity. Now swapped off all ab workouts in hybrid program to T25 Abs. Literally having trouble bending down.
