After reading through this entire thread I have been inspired by your stories and updates. I downloaded this yesterday and did the fitness test last night. My body is aching, but I'm determined to keep this up. Wish me luck!

Good luck mate, you will feel a different person I promise. The Aches will go, just do it each night and rest Sunday.

Can u do this over a body building program ? or you have to do one or another and where can i find this program thanks?
I still do weights in an evening mate as I have the time and enjoy them. My ususal day:

6:30 Insanity (for fasting cardio)

work

3:00 3 mile run with the dog

3:45 quick nap

6:00 Gym for weights session

For me the nap is essential in aiding recovery

This is where im getting confused people tell me doing HIT/insanity workouts burns fat + muscle. so if i do this HIT/Insanity wouldn't it counter act the the gains im making on the muscle front.. also where can i find a guide so i can have a proper look at the regime?

and ive been doing this for 2 months now with really great gains.

I wanted to ensure that I didn't lose my strength whilst doing Insanity as all I wanted to do was burn fat.

I managed to drop 2 stone whilst keeping the same strength and lose 6" off the waist and get abs and V back.

I bulked up over winter you see to 17 1/2 stone, now I am after keeping the muscle I built but getting the leaner, vein-y look. Dropped body fat (using callipers) from 22% to 11%. I think if I would have stopped weight training then I would have seriously lost a fair amount of muscle strength.

Thanks pal. I completed the second session about 15 minutes ago. I feel in a bit of a daze right now. It took it out of me! Will keep checking back here so that I don't lose my enthusiasm with it. This thread is full of so much inspiration and advice.

How much space do you realistically need to do this? Thinking of giving it a whirl.

Around 6ft square area, plus with no light fittings hanging over head.

I'm thinking about giving this a go, I have watched a few minutes of some of the vids and I have a question, the chap says "keep the core tight" quite often, what does this mean ?

I'm not an expert but when he says that i just keep my abs tight and back straight, no humped shoulders.
