Insanity work-out

Just looking at the calendar, and currently my rest day would be a tuesday, but I could do with it being a monday...
Do you reckon I should skip an exercise day or an off day on the calendar?

If anyone is interested I decided that Thursdays are the best day for me to have off so going to start again with fit test tonight and push, push, push!
I'll be the guy limping and dragging my knuckles round the etihad tomorrow

How manys days in were you? Be careful about starting again, 60 days fucks you up enough as it is.

Isn't that also dangerous?

There's nothing inherently dangerous in reaching or passing your theoretical max heart rate as long as you no heart problems.

That obviously isn't your max if you passed it.

Ah. Tbh, I'd just skip a day so you get it in line with how you need it.

I realised it needed quite a few days shifting so started again,
Just done e fit test and seen a reasonable improvement already!
 
Day 6 done. Absolutely fucked but go through it. Definitely need to up my daily food intake. As I'm one day ahead I'm going to throw in Cardio Abs tomorrow as a one off then have my Sunday rest day. Back in line then to start again on Monday week 2. Feel amazing, can already see a dramatic difference and sleeping like a baby at night, ha!

Got it delivered today (off ebay, £75)
Starting on Monday, taking the Mrs down in flames with me. Safe to say i am getting SMASHED at the game tomorrow!
I actually cant wait (I may even man up and post before and after pics)

I would love to see before and after pics from all the fellas that are going it. Seriously not in a Pervy way but to see the changes that occur

Awesome pal. Can't believe the changes I'm already seeing. Just had a quick gander at Cardio Abs, oh fuck, haha. Definitely looking at doing P90X Doubles after this to put some muscle back on, by the time I'm done with this I can see myself weighing 9 stone 6!

how many calories are we talking, im currently trying to limit at 1500 per day, is that enough? If not, does that mean I can eat chocolate?
