Completely gone out of the fucking window.

Had flu for a week, then had a sick baby to look after while be mega busy in the office. Kept up with diet and massive changes have happened. Everybody well again and I'm pondering whether to start from week 1 again or just carry on.

Bollocks.
How many days have you done?

I'm at the end of week 3 now and don't feel I've lost that much weight. I missed 2 days last week for Madrid but other than that I've been all over it. In the 3 weeks only drank for 1 day in Madrid and have been eating very healthy all the way through (salmon & veg last night)

I took pics but didn't weigh myself before as our scales are dump but it's getting quite disheartening now to be doing it everyday, being absolutely ruined when I'm finished and not really seeing much improvement.

Any one else had the same sort of issues??

I'm nearly at the end of week 4 and have only lost 6lbs but dont see that as the issue at all. I have been measuring myself from day one though and also doing my body fat % with calipers. (down to 10%!)
If your not losing weight (although to be sure I would pay to get weighed at boots or somewhere if i were you as its sounds like your bathroom scales are as reliable as what mine are!) the chances are your gaining muscle.
Its difficult to say as i wouldve reccomended photos, measuments, body fat% and a definate weight from day one and then checking it out every 2 weeks.

At the end of the day, if you have gone from no exercise to 6 times a week flogging yourself AND are following the diet plan I cant see how you possibly could not be better off?

starting Monday morning with the fitness test!

Good luck pal, just finished week 4 last night, managed to complete plyo cardio circuits without stopping and at the workout pace!
To say I am happy is an understatment as I just did not think it was possible when i first started.
Rest day today, the mrs is out with her family so I'm staying in bed till me mam calls me for sunday lunch.
Good times.

I think it depends on how big you were before... I've lost about 10 pounds in 3 weeks, but my bmi before was 30% so I had quite a lot to shift...

Yeah I've been off for a week. Too much shit getting in the way. Tomorrow night is free (up to now) so I'm just goingvtobcarry on where I left off. A plus is that I've defo noticed a lack of gut this week. It does work!!

Just started week two, decided to only do a 5 day workout week with weekends off as it takes up a big portion of my little time with my nipper, so weekends are just to concentrate on family and nipper ..... but TBH i've missed it. Started again this morning at 5am doing cardio power i think and i'm doing ok, i must admit i don't fully complete each time slot thingy but give it a good go. I was unsure whether it would be a good idea after the first night, (fitness test) but i decided to weigh myself after a week to see if i had lost anything, i felt like i had and when the scales showed i'd lost 4 kilo's / around 8 - 9 pounds i was fucling amazed. This has really spurred me on, as hard as it will be, no booze either. Don't know whether to go out and get some recovery formula though?

That's brilliant mate, well don!
Yesterday I did cardio circuit, and managed to do it all without a break up until the first rep of the second exercises (not close to their pace though, and I've just started week 4).
I think so long as you push yourself it doesn't really matter if you have a break, even Shaun T takes breaks...

33 years old. 6ft and 13st starting out today

Holy shit guys it was pretty tough (fitness test) had to take a good 15min break about halfway but then got it completed. had to cut short a few of the routines but i gave it my best shot and have veins out on my head i havent seen since i stopped playing sports about 5 years ago (wife and kids)

Switch Kicks - 59
Power Jacks - 44
Power Knees - 60
Power Jumps - 27
Globe Jumps - 9
15MIN BREAK NEEDED - FELT WAS GONNA PASS OUT. LOL
Suicide Jumps - 13
Push Up Jacks - 13
Low Plank Oblique - 20

How's everyone doin y'all?

Midway through the recovery week and cannot wait for month two!

I start recovery week tomorrow... had a sneak peak at the core cardio and balance video, and some of the month 2 videos...

I'm scared

Ha, I have resisted looking at month 2.

Recovery week is ok, kinda missing pushing myself hard but saying that, their are some 'hold the position' type stretches that BURN.

That video looked just as hard in terms of cardio, I'm sure I'll still be dripping with sweat when I've done it tomorrow lunchtime

You'll be fine, its a lot of moves BUT at a mucher slower controlled pace.
You have got me tempted to look at month 2 though,,,,,,,
