Scored six and kept a clean sheet, what's not to like?

I think we look much better when Ederson is in goal, it's like having an extra outfield player. We played some really nice football going forward. Gundo had a great game, Doku, KDB and Foden all really good also. Dias made us a bit more solid but we still looked vulnerable at the back a few times, mainly in the first half. Not back to our best but our performances are improving.

Not the biggest test we will get this season, but you can only beat what's in front of you.
 
Just what we needed that. It will have done wonders for the players after Brentford to keep a clean sheet too.

Doku ran the show for me and was unplayable although he wasn't as effective on the right. Gundogan was also excellent and just ran the midfield and was always available for an easy pass.

I also have noticed that we're using Haaland more in the build up play and he is excellent at that. I think he deserves more credit as he is not just a striker, he can hold the ball up and play a decent pass.

Good to see McAtee get a great goal and see him and the others get some minutes.

I thought Delap looked decent for them but he would be far too raw in our team.

All in all, good result against a team we would expect to beat but a win is a win!
 
great result, did not like first 15 mins, we were bit slow, trying to build slowly, which helped Ipswich to be fair. once Doku started to look for forward passes rather than pass back we managed to find our first goal and rest started to come. good games all around, great change to our GD which can be important in the very end.

We look miles better with him in this position instead of Lewis.

I think the Haaland contract plus, the new signings which will happen this week has just given everyone a huge filip.

Onwards and upwards as far as I'm concerned.

I've just had a fantastic day drinking with my two sons,celebrating my eldest lads 40th birthday which happened during all the snow a week ago so we couldn't celebrate it, until today watching the best performance of the season, and a thumping 6-0 away win.
