Iranian General killed by US Drone.

I wonder what news we will wake up to tomorrow? I suspect it will be a further attack by the US on Iran, some kind of cruise missile launch against military targets, Trump has too much of an ego to let this pass.

His reaction will be telling.

If Israel or/and America think there is a realistic chance that Iran are close to getting nuclear weapons then I can see fireworks. They have just about all the justification they need now.

Jordanian news outlet Al Hadath reported the Ukrainian aircraft was accidentally shot down by Iranian anti-aircraft units.
Nobody shoots down civilian aircraft by mistake, not even the daftest of brushes. I hope the Iranians feel that they have their eye-for-eye and this settles down into trade embargoes and the like.

IR655 was shot down by mistake by the Americans.
MH17 was shot down by mistake by Russian backed forces.

Looking at the pictures, it looks an almost guarantee that it was shot down.

The fact they are saying engine failure almost proves it. Engine failures don't destroy aircraft.

It really does look like Iran have f***ed up big time.

If it wasnt shot down then Boeing are in the shit if another 737 has gone down...regardless of the fact this wasnt an 800max. If a single engine failure has brought down an aircraft in flames then there is a very big problem with those engines.

As you say those pics do look incriminating and together with reports actually saying it was shot down things start to point to an utter catastrophic fuck up.

I’ve never seen catastrophic engine failure like without an outside influence (such as a SAM hitting it/exploding next to it).

So awful for the poor people inside.
