Wonder what his grandma has to say....or even his grandma has to say?

They both still with us arent they ?? err I aint sure either !!
She sits in a rocking chair by an upstairs window, SI still works in the motel at weekends!

Just remember that this has been edited by SKY and they can edit it in such a way as to make it seem as if Stevie is just slagging us off. I would like to have seen a full unedited version of that interview.

Stevie Ireland will always be Superman as far as I am concerned and I am sorry that he was forced out.

However I support Manchester City and so I shall cheer Stevie when he comes back with Villa, the same way I cheer for Dunnie when he comes back. As for the new signings I am still reserving judgement until they have had a chance to prove themselves (or not as the case may be)!

Good luck Stevie.

Cheeky bald twat. Good luck and all that but i won't be applauding him on his return now.

Frankly, I think everyone's missing the point.

He obviously does give a toss, it's just that being marginalised and treated appallingly by Mancini has left him pretty indifferent to the whole set-up.

And quite frankly, I can see his point of view. It matters not whether he's considered surplus to requirements, there's still a way of treating people. I'm gutted that he's gone, because at the moment this City side is acheingly dull to watch, but I'm more gutted at the way he's been treated.

You what, he was shit last season, under hughesless and bobby. As for being treated badly, speak to the lads in the Afghan, with shit kit, weapons and training.

Stevie has every right to be upset. He was fast on his way to becoming a legend here until the negative italian showed up. Why is Mancini immune from criticism? He's shown Ireland, Bellamy and Given the door, our 3 best performers under Hughes. Mancini has done NOTHING in the way of building team spirit, this not speaking to players carry on from a supposedly top manager is unacceptable, his man management skills are non existent.

It's amazing that players who haven't the balls for a fight can complain about not being wanted. Maybe if he could have been arsed to dig deep he may have got another opportunity. However, we can't be surprised as he bottled out of playing for Ireland because he couldn't handle the banter.

Good riddance and hopefully it will be a long while before we see you again!!!

Yes and we were really going players under Good Ol' Hughsie. You seem to be forgetting that in 09/10 under Hughes, Ireland was shit before Bobby Manc came along. Come on dickweed where's your red shirt
